Illustration with the letter 'Rr' and a small rabbit on a purple background.

Have your child do 10 bunny hops, counting forward from 1 to 10 or backward from 10 to 1. For an added twist, they can bunny hop the letters in their name or a word they know how to spell. You can also use bunny hops to count syllables in a word or words in a sentence, making the activity both physically engaging and educational.

Yoga
Chair Pose & Bunny Breaths

Guide your child to place their feet close together and bend their knees to come into "chair pose", with arms extended up as if reaching for the sky. Their bottom should be pushed back as if sitting in an invisible chair. Have them take 10 "bunny hops" while holding this pose. For bunny breaths, instruct them to take 2 rapid inhales through the nose and then one exhale through the mouth.
