Yoga
Elephant Pose

Have your child clasp their hands together with their arms extended downward. Guide them into a forward fold, relaxing their neck, and encourage them to gently sway from side to side like an elephant’s trunk. Pretend to "suck up water" with their trunk and then "spray" it, or imagine picking up objects with their "trunk" as they sway.

For extra fun, take some kitchen tongs and have your child use them like an elephant’s trunk to pick up various objects around the room!
